SUMMER SEASON RENTALS are usually FRI-FRI, with Check In at 2pm and Check Out at 11am.

NEW THIS YEAR: MINI–WEEKS NOW OFFERED FOR BOTH UNITS, upon request from owners and based upon availability. A "Mini–Week" rental can be either 3 or 4 nights. The 3–night rental starts Friday (2pm) through Monday (11am). The 4–night rental starts Monday (2pm) through Friday (11am). TIMELY CHECK OUTS are necessary and appreciated to accommodate cleaning schedules. Check the "Availability Calendars" of specific unit desired and contact owner by phone or email for special season mini–week rates and availability.

We also have great off–season rates with a 2–night minimum, contact owners for pricing. Ocean City offers many open restaurants and shops, activities and relaxation with less crowds in the spring, winter and fall. Don’t miss this terrific opportunity to grab your own piece of paradise!!

A Refundable Security Deposit is required, and will be refunded when the unit keys are returned, pending no damages or other deductions.
